I have a personalizing shop and I use epson T10 printer bundled with CISS pigment ink. now, the problem is even though my external tank still has lots of ink, in the ink level screen whenever I'm printing it shows that my ink are getting lower and lower everytime. especially the MAGENTA.
it has always been my problem, after sometime the magenta will be read as empty by the computer (though tank still full) and the next message that will appear is that I installed an imcompatible ink cartridge.
now, please help me resolving this issue. how can i prevent my inks being read by the computer as "low".
