However, this is not a build i would recommend, mainly because of its upgreadability (it uses an old Am2+ socket which cannot be fitted with newer Phenom 2 cpus). You can get better deals for $300 if you look for second hand PC's with a core 2 duo at minimum.

The only uses for this PC would be for basic tasks -- it won't handle heavy apps like games, video editing or photoshop. With the video card upgrade however, it will be able to handle some light gaming.
