What size and speed USB flash drive would you recommend to boot linux off of?
I dont want to buy anything over 8GB. I will most likely get a 4GB or 2GB drive, because of cost to quality ratio.
also which distros have you tried on a flash drive?
You could get Ubuntu on a 4gb flash drive.
If you ran Slax you could get that on a 1gb drive.
If you ran Damn Small Linux you could get that on anything over about 100mb.
